To better serve the needs of our clients, we developed in 2010 our Human Resources department. Now we are capable to offer the following services:

Temporary work:
We offer support to temporary activities (peak periods, growth point of orders, seasonal periods, sick-leave and maternity, holidays, etc.) through a flexible and efficient workforce management.

Payrolling:
Altough the recruited personnel is at your disposal, it is employed by our company. We handle all the administrative work related to this activity (legal hiring formalities, salary-related procedures, payments and contributions).

On-site surveillance:
We supply on-site HR consultants free of charge. This service is supplied to companies that have more than 40 employees managed by us.

Recruitment:
We supply valid candidates for the desired positions.

Candidate evaluation:
We handle all the preliminary evaluation phases, before the final meeting of the candidate with our client.

Job requirements:
University degree in Economics.
Drivers licence class B.
Fluent English speaking ability.

Job description:
Primary accounting for all the working points of the company (Brasov, Sibiu, Ploiesti).
Personnel management: register the working contracts in due time, keep the REVISAL register up to date, produce the monthly time sheets.
Register the working points with the authorities.
Pay suppliers, salaries and others.
Reports to management.
Working with the external accounting company and legal advisors.

Experience:
Minimum experience of 3 years in similar position.

Wage:
500 – 600 Euro netto / month.
